Consisting of a larger tailored Pro Alloy intercooler, a high flow K&N air filter and a revised engine calibration, once upgraded power increases to 260PS at 5500rpm and torque is raised to 400Nm at 2,500 to 4,000rpm. The upgrade will produce performance returns of 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds and 0-100mph in 14.1 seconds. |

The 140PS performance upgrade, for Zetec-S and Titanium 1.6-litre models, consists of a high-flow air induction system, a high performance exhaust system including high-flow catalyst and tubular manifold, and re-calibration of Ford’s 1.6-litre Ti-VCT Sigma engine to produce 140PS at 6750rpm and 170NM at 4250rpm. This boost in performance reduces the standard 0-60mph time from 9.9secs to 7.9secs. |

The Stage 2 (185ps) kit features all of the components found in the Stage 1 (165ps) kit, and also includes specially developed camshafts and stronger valve springs. In addition, the ST185 includes a revised engine calibration. The Stage 2 kit produces 185PS at 7000rpm and a peak torque of 200Nm at 4500 to 6000rpm. Performance returns see the 0-60mph time drop from 7.9secs to 7.0secs, with the 0-100mph time achieved in 15.5secs. |
